Chatham University's Master of Arts in Food Studies is a part of their Falk School of Sustainability & Environment. The interdisciplinary program trains students to understand and analyze holistic food systems .With an emphasis on social, cultural, political, economic, and geographical concerns, students have the opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience through real-world connections.
