Description

Sustainable Food Systems will show students how to identify ways to create sustainable food practices. Students will also learn about the real food movement, how food is produced and purchased, and even preparation techniques for the cooking and baking process. This program is for students who work in the food service industry, those interested in learning about sustainable food practices, as well as those with no culinary background!
