As an environmental science major, students receive broad training among John Carroll science majors, applying diverse skills to opportunities focused on protecting natural resources and wildlife for future generations. The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science program explores human and environmental systems and interactions: physical, biological, and cultural. Fieldwork, both local and global, introduces a range of ecosystems and dynamics, all interconnected and mutually dependent, aiming to restore the planet's health and create a sustainable balance between humankind and the environment.
