Sustainable Agriculture (Minor)

Description
The Sustainable Agriculture minor at UNC Pembroke provides students with foundational knowledge in sustainable agricultural practices. Core courses include Principles of Biology, Principles of Sustainable Agriculture, Plant Cropping and Weed Management, and Pest Management. Students also choose from electives such as General Botany, Entomology, Principles of Ecology, Environmental Science, Introductory Mycology, Pollution Ecology, Environmental Laws and Regulations, and Environmental Geology. The program requires 20-22 semester hours.
