Description

The characteristics of this course aim to strengthen students' basic geoscience literacy and environmental monitoring capabilities, and train them to have integrated development competitiveness in environmental management. This course is an inter-departmental credit course. In addition to the courses offered by this department, it also cooperates with the Department of Life Sciences, the Department of Earth Sciences, and the Institute of Environmental Education of the school to incorporate relevant professional courses in each department. Students of this course Can choose freely across departments.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Cultivate the basic knowledge of environmental monitoring and disaster prevention, and the ability to explore environmental changes.
  2. Cultivate the operation ability of computer software and testing equipment, and the data processing ability of the geographical environment.
  3. Cultivate the ability to analyze and apply environmental issues, and be able to integrate learning knowledge and skills in environmental assessment.
