Environmental Studies (Honours BA)
Environmental Studies combines natural and social sciences to better understand the human relationship with the natural environment. The focus of the program is issues such as sustainability in management of land and water, the formulation of environmental policy, and how environmental management decisions can be improved to ensure a healthy future for humans and nature.
The Honours Environmental Studies program consists of 20.0 credits, of which at least 14.0 must be at the senior level. A minimum of 11.0 and a maximum of 14.0 credits may be in Environmental Studies and Geography.
