Natural Resource and Environmental Law and Policy Minor

Description
Students in this minor explore the laws and policies that govern natural resources in the US from many different perspectives. Natural Resource and Environmental Law and Policy minors must complete 27 credits, 12 of which must be upper division. No courses from a student’s major can be used for the minor.
The Natural Resource and Environmental Law and Policy minor is available to students who are not pursuing the Environmental Economics and Policy (EEP) major.
Learning Outcomes
- Communicate the process and results of economic analysis of environmental and natural resource issues through a variety of written and oral methods.
- Demonstrate the powers and constraints of US legal structures and policy tools to address environmental and natural resource issues.
