Those with knowledge and expertise in environmental science will be able to contribute to encouraging and ensuring the future health of our planet. At Dalhousie, Environmental Science is an interdisciplinary academic program that integrates and applies research and principles from several disciplines to important issues related to the state of the environment.
Dal’s Environmental Science program encourages students to explore the environment from scientific perspectives—as well as the political, cultural, ethical, and historical angles. Students can make it their main focus of study or combine it with other programs.
