The four-year Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Management program educates students in the skills and technological applications critical to conserving biodiversity and natural resources in a dynamic and challenging global environment. Field-based courses provide hands-on experience in evaluating ecological impacts of land use practices, and the decision-making tools needed to effectively manage and conserve natural resources. Highlights of the program include ecological restoration, watershed management, invasive species management, biological control, terrestrial invertebrate ecology, soil and water conservation, forest ecology, and conservation biology.
