Description

Students pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and Regeneration specialize in one of the three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social, or economic. Compared to the Bachelor of Arts Degree, the BS requires additional coursework within the chosen specialization. Students planning to attend graduate school or desire more technical professions should consider this degree. The strengths of the program are: 1 )Engages students in relevant civic engagement opportunities in the Southern Indiana - Louisville metropolitan region. 2) Provides an alternative program for students interested in environmental issues but less interested in scientific occupations. 3) Enhances the liberal arts experience with courses in the social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, and business.
