Description

Students enrolling in this program as undergraduates earn a joint B.S.-M.S. degree through an integrated 5-year curriculum. Students who already hold a Bachelor of Science degree can earn the non-thesis M.S. in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology degree; in this case, two years may be required to complete the M.S. degree because some required courses are offered in alternate years. The curriculum includes coursework in ecology, evolution, systematics, and natural history, with relevant training in public policy, economics, and ethics.
