Description
This specialisation will enable students to acquire an advanced understanding of domestic and international environmental law in an integrated and interdisciplinary context. Students will gain specialised legal knowledge and research skills applicable to professional practice in a variety of areas including sustainable development, international environmental law, local government and planning law, climate change law, trade and environment law, environmental litigation and mediation, and biodiversity and biotechnology law.
