Students at Virginia Tech can complete the Green Engineering minor by taking 18 credits which include: 2 Core Classes - Introduction to Green Engineering and Environmental Life Cycle Assessment; 2 Engineering Electives from a list of engineering courses which include explicit content on the impact of engineering practice on the environment; 2 Interdisciplinary Electives from a list of non-engineering courses which focus on a wide range of environmental issues that will complement the engineering courses.
