Description
The Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering offers graduate programs leading to the Master of Science (M.S.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering. The Department supports the Utah Nuclear Engineering Program that leads to the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Nuclear Engineering. The Department also supports a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering. Faculty within the Department have research areas that include: structural engineering, earthquake engineering, environmental engineering, water resource engineering, construction materials engineering, geotechnical engineering, nuclear engineering, transportation engineering, engineering management, water, energy and infrastructure sustainable engineering.
