The Edgewood College Sustainability Leadership Program prepares working professionals, career seekers and career changers to drive transformational change for more resilient organizations and communities. The Master of Arts program trains students in sustainability and systems thinking, develops their leadership skills and professional networks, and offers them an opportunity for personal and professional transformation. In joining Edgewood's Sustainability Leadership Graduate Program, you will be at the vanguard of a small but growing number of similar programs around the world. As part of the program you will: address real-world issues related to your interests and professional goals through a project-based curriculum; build a network of relationships with your program colleagues and mentors, community leaders and other sustainability experts; and have the framework you need to apply new concepts and theories to community-based projects that engage others and build on your leadership strengths.
