The Doctor of Philosophy in Civil and Environmental Engineering emphasizes excellence in research and education. PhD candidates publish their thesis work in top civil and environmental engineering journals and present their research at national and international conferences. Students wishing to pursue the PhD degree should have an outstanding academic background and a desire and ability to carry out original research.
