LLM/JSD in Human Rights
St. Thomas University
Description
The Science of Law (J.S.D.) Program in Intercultural Human Rights started in August 2001, with only the LL.M. Program; joined in 2005 by the J.S.D. Program. Today, it has expanded into a powerful tool of education and scholarship that incorporates both educational and practical components, such as co-curricular organizations, including the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review and International Moot Court; the Human Trafficking Academy; and the St. Thomas University Human Rights Institute, which seeks to promote the dignity of each human being through research, education, social advocacy, and direct service to individuals and families.
