The sustainability studies major provides you with the opportunity to take classes within several different departments. From courses in Environmental Ethics and Urban Sociology to Ecology and American Government, you take a core group of courses and then choose a concentration that gives you more specialized experience in your area of interest. The Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Criminal Justice oversees the community and urban development concentration.
