Description

The sub-specialization in Environmental Law, Sustainability and Natural Resources is intended for law students and those related to environmental issues, providing a broad vision of the regulatory and institutional framework, in the administrative, criminal, civil and constitutional fields, to guarantee the right to a healthy and ecologically balanced environment. Within the framework of sustainable development, the approach that is being given to the environment at a global level is analyzed, with emphasis on the management of natural resources, energy and risks. The context and international legal framework will be examined, identifying the different legal obligations assumed by Ecuador.
